Due to the nature of our events and the products and services listed, we at Leather H.E.A.T.  have a strict Cancellation and Refund Policy for all products and services. Leather H.E.A.T. does not transfer registrations. Leather H.E.A.T. reserves the right to refuse any registration for any event for any reason and if that occurs, the affected customer’s payment will be refunded in full less a 15% processing fee.  Leather H.E.A.T. is not responsible for any hotel bookings or ancillary events not connected directly with our specific event.

A customer may cancel their registration in writing at any time, for any reason, and we will refund the registration  within 14 business days of receipt of written cancellation in accordance with the following:

  • Cancellations received any time 90 days prior to the event will incur a 15% processing fee.
  • Cancellations received 60-89 days prior to the event will be refunded 50%.
  • Cancellations received 30 – 59 days prior to the event will be refunded 25%.
  • No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event.
